Do prices include materials?
Labour costs are set per plan, but materials such as parts, fixtures, or fittings are quoted separately once we've assessed the job. We'll always confirm total costs before starting any work.
Is there a call-out charge?
Our Callout plan includes the visit fee within the quoted price. For Home Care and Landlord Plan customers, standard call-outs within their monthly allowance are already covered.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, both the Home Care and Landlord Plan are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Give us notice before your next billing date and we'll close the account without further charges.
How do you handle emergency repairs?
Emergency repairs, such as leaks or lock issues, are prioritised for same-week attention where possible. Landlord Plan customers receive faster response times as part of their monthly cover.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, card payments, and standing orders for monthly plans. Invoices are issued after each completed job or at the start of each billing cycle for plan customers.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
If a repair doesn't meet the agreed specification, we'll return to correct the issue at no extra charge. Refund requests are reviewed case by case in line with our service terms.
